This Proposition Makes The Temporary Tax Hike Permanent
This measure would permanently extend the high-earner income tax rates that voters were told were temporary under Prop 30 and Prop 55.
Instead of expiring in 2031 as scheduled, these increased tax rates would continue indefinitely - keeping California’s top income tax rates among the highest in the country and contributing to more "wealth flight".
Vote NO on making temporary taxes permanent.
