Vote NO on Prop 4

They call it the “California Fair Elections Act” but it should be called the “Taxpayer-Funded Political Campaigns Act”
This proposition allows taxpayer money to fund political campaigns for state and local candidates, with spending limits and eligibility rules.
This measure would repeal California’s long-standing ban on using public funds for political campaigns, forcing taxpayers to pay for candidates - even those they strongly oppose.
Vote NO on using your tax dollars to fund political campaigns.
ADDED: Did you now Esmeralda Soria and the Democrat Supermajority passed to Gov Newsom - and he signed, SB 42 which allows taxpayer dollars to be used for political campaigns! It was signed at the end of 2025 to posture dumocrats to be able to use taxpayer funds in this highly contested 2026 election... like it or not! Karen Bass is one of the most notable politicians to take advantage of this convenient law... skimming about $2.44 million in matching taxpayer funds for her 2026 mayoral re-election campaign. This is precisely why we MUST vote NO to this continued misuse of taxpayer dollars.
Vote NO!
