DURING HIS 10 YEARS IN THE STATE ASSEMBLY (2012-2022): Gray voted for over $14 billion in higher taxes and fees as well as the following bills:

AB 1078 - remove the power of the school board when it comes to books, policies and curriculum and gives that power to the state

AB 91 - Allow in-state resident tuition rates, any non-resident low-income students from Mexico (within 45 miles from border) - includes ILLEGALS already in the US

SB 107 - authorizes a CA court to take temporary jurisdiction over a child that has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care in another state; even if the parent from the other state has a court order mandating the child be returned to the state and not obtain "gender-affirming care" because it is a violation of that state's law.

AB 37: Requires mailing ballots to every active registered voter for all future elections starting 2022; creates universal mail-in voting.

SB 1215: Effective 2026 - 1.5% tax on any product with a non-removable battery (power tools, PlayStation, greeting cards, etc.).

SB 245: Health care coverage for abortion services under Medi-Cal.

SB 354: Allows certain foster children to be placed in homes with individuals who have criminal records that normally wouldn’t be approved.

SB 357: Repeals law allowing police to arrest women loitering with intent to engage in prostitution; made enforcement harder when implemented in 2023.

SB 57: Safe injection sites for druggies.

SB 918: Raises CCW minimum age to 21; requires “good cause” & “good moral character”; adds more restricted places & training hours (the "character" requirement has since been revoked" due to legal challenge).

SB 923: Gender-affirming care (mandatory trans training).

SB 1346: Effective 2028 - Gas-powered equipment ban (lawn mowers/blowers).

AB 153: Expands CalNEW program & appropriates $5 million to support school districts for newcomer (illegal alien) students.

AB 1655: Makes Juneteenth a California state holiday.

AB 205: TAX - Allows PG&E to charge ALL non-low-income users a mandatory $24 fee for infrastructure regardless of usage.

AB 2098: “Misinformation” law allowed state to discipline doctors for COVID-19 “misinformation”; blocked in federal court (this legislation is now repealed).

AB 421: Allows minors to change sex/gender on vital records with parental approval.

SB 151: Provides microgrants up to $10,000 + technical assistance to underserved entrepreneurs & small business startups regardless of immigration status.

SB 393: Increase migrant childcare allowance from 17.5% to 21% on top of cost in order to cover administrative expenses.

SB 532: Allows illegal aliens to attend a 5th year of high school (not adult school); changes term from “immigrant children” to “Newcomer pupil” to disguise their status.

SB 54: Starting 2027 - taxes producers on single-use packaging for any product sold or shipped - think of this as the CRV on recycling, but for any and all packaging including amazon boxes

SB 866: Authorizes 15-year-olds to consent to vaccines (VAX) further taking away the role of parents.

SB 867: Sea level rise planning and adaptation (like this is a real thing).

SB 955: Excused absences by students in middle & high school for civic or political events.

SB 960: Allows non-citizens to be police officers and highway patrol.

SCA 10: Reproductive freedom (right to abort) placed on ballot as Prop 1 (and the prop passed).

AB 3074: Requires 5-foot ember-resistant zone around structures in Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones or SRA; affecting approx 4 million homes with undue costs

AB 78: Creates Climate Catalyst Revolving Loan Fund for low-cost loans & credit support for climate projects - everything becomes a result of climate change when low costs are involved.

AB 860: For 2020 election, allowed ballot processing 29 days before election (was 10) and acceptance of VBM ballots up to 17 days after - expanding election "day".

SB 132: Assigns TRANS (gender dysphoria) criminals to correctional facilities based on “preference” - enabled rape of female prisoners.

SB 225: Allows persons regardless of citizenship or immigration status to hold appointed civil office.

SB 230: Housing Crisis Act inserting the govt into the housing construction market statewide

AB 306: Any designated person returning a mail ballot to return or mail it within 3 days of receiving it.

AB 90: Illegal Aliens names added to CalGang database can no longer be shared with ICE officials.

SB 1: Gas tax for road maintenance - 12¢/gal, 20¢/diesel, fee for EVs + millions in grants

SB 1494: Expands aggravated sexual assault of a child to include oral copulation, sodomy & sexual penetration for children age 13 or younger.

AB 1461: Motor Voter automatic registration (must opt out) affecting elections.

AB 1921: Allows anyone to turn in a mail-in ballot for a voter (previously only relative or same household).

SB 277: Eliminates personal belief exemption from immunization requirements unless approved by State Public Health.

AB 1266: Allows TRANS (gender dysphoria) pupils to participate in sex-segregated school programs, activities, sports teams & use facilities.

AB 1678: Requires CPUC to recognize “LGBT-owned businesses” for supplier-diversity benefits (DEI).

AB 218: “Ban the Box” law -forbids public government from asking job applicants about criminal history on initial application.

AB 60: Authorizes DMV to issue driver’s licenses to CA residents regardless of immigration status - ILLEGALS (no proof of legal presence required).
