S.R. 5 - Laken Riley Act, To take into custody illegal aliens with additional felonies
Gray voted FOR the following resolutions for proposed law:
H.R. 35 - Agent Raul Gonzalez Officer Safety Act, new federal criminal offenses for operating a motor vehicle within 100 miles of the U.S. border while fleeing from a U.S. Border Patrol
H.R.3486 - Stop Illegal Entry Act of 2025, harsher penalties on non-U.S. nationals who illegally enter the U.S. and later commit felonies
H.R. 875 - Deporting illegals convicted of DUIs
H.R.1919 - Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act
H.R. 1156 - COVID Unemployment Fraud Enforcement Act; extend enforcement to 10 years
H.R. 27 - HALT Fentanyl Act (to make it a schedule I drug)

While in the CA State Assembly: Gray voted for:
AB 1078 - remove the power of the school board when it comes to books, policies and curriculum and gives that power to the state
AB 91 - exempt from the nonresident tuition fee, any non-resident low-income students from Mexico (within 45 miles from border) - includes ILLEGALS in the US
SB 107 - authorizes a CA court to take temporary jurisdiction over a child that has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care in another state; even if the parent from the other state has a court order mandating the child be returned to the state and not obtain "gender-affirming care" because it is a violation of that state's law.
