A message from Colonel Robert Marchi, Leader of the Statewide Veterans Coalition

Hello,

Steve Hilton, as you know, is running to be our next Governor of California.

He is looking for Veterans and other members of the military who are interested in helping him get elected.

Recently, Steve and the Campaign asked me to lead a Veteran’s Coalition made up of individuals like yourself who have served in our military. And just like you I am also a Veteran. I served in the U.S. Army (Active, Reserve and National Guard for over 31 years and as a result I am 100% Service Disabled). Those of us who served in uniform make up only 1% of our entire population. We represent the true protectors of our nation's freedoms, rights and our Constitution. And when we retire, we make up only 7% of our population. Those are amazing statistics.

So, why should you support Steve Hilton for Governor? Here are a few good reasons because as Governor he has pledged to provide:

Permanent full state income tax exemption on your military retirement pay.
No property tax on your primary residence for every Veteran and their surviving spouse.
Ensure better coordination among CalVet, EDD, County Veteran Service Offices, the VA and Veterans organizations to provide improved services.
Improve services and benefits, mental health support, stable housing and employment services for homeless Veterans.
Auditing Calvet for duplication and performance to ensure more services go directly to Veterans.

Additionally, Steve Hilton is already working on the following plans and policies that will directly affect every Veteran and their family:

No income tax on the first $150,000 of earned income
Cut car registration fees
Cut gasoline to $3 per gallon
Make California's Colleges more affordable
Fix California's insurance crisis (i.e., Fair Plan)
Free LLC business registration for Veterans
Reduced health care costs for Veterans

Our state has been nearly destroyed over the last 20 years by the Democratic Party. You don't have to take my word for it. In the last year alone, over $3 trillion dollars have been lost in tax revenue by people leaving our state. On average, 500,000 people leave California each year, and they are primarily our middle class. We have the highest taxes, highest crime, highest homelessness, highest gas costs, highest illegal alien population which costs us billions of dollars and is paid for by you the taxpayer, the worst high school math and reading scores, and worst infrastructure just to name a few. Steve Hilton’s democratic opponent Xavier Becerra was so incompetent as the Health and Human Services Secretary under the Biden Administration he lost track of 850,000 minor non-registered children under his care who entered at our southern border. They have never been accounted for - ever!

You have a decision.

1. Help Steve Hilton become our next Governor and save our Golden State!

2. Vote for more of the same democratic party insanity and watch California go off the cliff with more taxes and more fees until it defaults.

3. Do nothing, which is the same as voting for the democrats.

Steve Hilton needs your help! We all need your help because we are all in this together. Enough is enough!

We swore an oath to support and defend our Constitution. Our Country is under assault from the extreme left. The Socialists, the Communists and those calling themselves the Democratic Socialists of America! They are all part of the “Big Tent” Democratic Party here in California! And they must be stopped because what happens here in California will affect the midterms and the next Presidential Election! That is a fact! So, more is at stake then you may realize. It’s not just important for California that Steve Hilton wins, it’s critical for America!
